Mitsubishi HC Capital America Further Solidifies North American Inventory Finance Strategy with Hiring of Matthew Fitzjerrells
Mitsubishi HC Capital America has hired Matthew Fitzjerrells as the new leader of its North American Inventory Finance business, overseeing operations across the United States and Canada.
In this new role as North American General Manager, Inventory Finance, Fitzjerrells will lead the creation of a unified North American sales strategy and team, working closely with the company’s credit and operations leadership to expand Mitsubishi HC Capital America’s inventory finance offerings. He will also spearhead the development and management of strategic relationships across a diverse range of industries, including utility trailer, construction, manufactured housing, RVs, outdoor power, marine, motor sports, and other traditional inventory finance sectors.

Fitzjerrells joins Mitsubishi HC Capital America from Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, where he served since 2021, most recently as Executive Director. He also held the role of Senior Vice President, National Sales Director, overseeing all national programs and large dealer group relationships in the commercial trucking and full-service leasing space. He previously held positions of increasing responsibility at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and GE Capital.
